Sumba Culinary Program, an initiative to preserve and promote Sumba’s rich culinary heritage through education and training under the Sumba Culinary School. By exploring local ingredients, traditional recipes, and authentic cooking techniques, the program empowers youth and communities, safeguarding traditions while creating economic opportunities and fostering cultural pride.
Since 2022, we started by exploring traditional foods and the recipe to form the curriculum by the Director of Sumba Culinary Program, Chef Febs Asyagaf.
